    Ultrafast Collective Dynamics in the Charge-Density-Wave Conductor K0.3_{0.3}MoO3_{3}

    Low-energy coherent charge-density wave excitations are investigated in blue bronze (K0.3_{0.3}MoO3_{3}) and red bronze (K0.33_{0.33}MoO3_{3}) by femtosecond pump-probe spectroscopy. A linear gapless, acoustic-like dispersion relation is observed for the transverse phasons with a pronounced anisotropy in K0.33_{0.33}MoO3_{3}. The amplitude mode exhibits a weak (optic-like) dispersion relation with a frequency of 1.67 THz at 30 K. Объект исследования – деятельность УМВД по формированию доверия к работе полиции. Предмет – роль социальных сетей в формировании доверия к работе полиции. Цель ВКР состоит в разработке и внедрении проектных рекомендаций по продвижению аккаунтов УМВД России по Томской области в социальных сетях. Методы: анализ и систематизация теоретических положений по проблеме исследования, сбор эмпирических данных – экспертное интервью, контент-анализ, синтез теоретических и эмпирических материалов. Сформулированы рекомендации по продвижению аккаунтов в социальных сетях ведомства. Первичное внедрение рекомендаций повысило охват аудитории и количество подписчиков.The relevance of this topic due to the rapid development of social media and activities of the MIA, aimed at the formation of public confidence.     Temperature and frequency dependence of microwave conductivity of isotropic reticulate doped polymers

    Frequency dependence of conductivity for reticulate doped systems is observed at room temperature only around 1 GHz and even so it is relatively weak. The temperature dependence of conductivity is characteristic of the CT complex used and not of the polymer matrix. For the system containing TTF-TCNQ, for which the d.c. conductivity has a maximum at c. 230 K (i.e. metal-like behaviour at higher temperatures), this maximum becomes more pronounced and shifts towards lower temperatures with increasing frequency in the GHz range. The temperature dependence of the microwave conductivity is weaker than that of the d.c. conductivity. Such behaviour can be described by a modified Maxwell-Wagner model if an appropriate shape factor for the conducting inclusions is introduced, and if a relatively high conductivity of the continuous phase is assumed. We conclude that charge-carrier transport in reticulate doped polymers is not controlled by insulating barriers. The disorder within microcrystals plays a fundamental role, while the CT complex crystalline network is continuous in spite of very low concentration

The developed system can be applied in control systems, control and data collection at different industrial enterprises. This system will allow to increase productivity, to increase the accuracy and reliability of measurements, to reduce number of accidents

    Kinetic roughening of magnetic flux penetration in MgB2 thin films

    Time-resolved magneto-optical studies are performed on MgB2 thin film samples grown by in situ pulsed laser deposition and in situ reactive deposition technique. The latter reveal dendritic avalanche-free flux penetration. The kinetic roughening of magnetic flux penetration is studied for applied ac current. Dynamic scaling laws determined for both static field and ac current are consistent with the directed percolation depinning model, placing the vortex dynamics in MgB2 in the same universality class as YBCO and Nb
